Permanent Tooth Numbers - Photo Album
Quadrant 1 (upper right) has tooth #s 1 - 8. In many patients, the 3rd molar may be missing- we skip #1 in these cases.
Quadrant 2 (upper left) has tooth #s 9 - 16. In this patient, tooth #16 is not present.
Quadrant 3 (lower left) has tooth #s 17 - 24. In this patient, tooth #17 is not present.
Quadrant 4 (lower right) has tooth #s 25 - 32. In this patient, tooth #32 is not present.
